Question: I was offered a job as a waiter, but I later discovered that the restaurant isn’t kosher and therefore serves non-kosher food. Is it permissible for me to work there just as a waiter?

Answer: It’s forbidden to work as a waiter in a place that serves non-kosher food. This would violate the prohibition of "placing a stumbling block before the blind," as well as being an enabler of others to sin. Therefore, one should refrain from such employment.
